How do I submit an order correctly?

Orders can be submitted under the menu item Submit. The system guides you through the individual areas.
Always enter the card name + year of publication + card numbers of the cards to be rated in the comment field in the checkout. One line per card.

A list of cards, address and order number must also be included in the package. You can print out the order confirmation and enclose it.

Always send your cards as an insured package or parcel. If you send them by letter, there is an increased risk that the cards could be damaged by the transport company on the way to us.

Once we have received and recorded the package, you will receive a confirmation of receipt . This will take place within one to three working days. If you have not received a confirmation of receipt, please check your shipment details from the shipping service provider. The confirmation of receipt does not constitute an order confirmation. We reserve the right to reject your order within seven working days of receipt of the order and/or receipt of the cards you have sent in.

!!! The total processing time is currently around six weeks from the day of confirmation of receipt. If there are a large number of orders, the processing time can vary greatly. These figures are only guidelines and not deadlines that must be met.

We ask that you refrain from making inquiries regarding the current progress of your grading during regular processing times.

You can view the current status of your order in your customer account at any time.

INFO for shipping (consumer to Gold Standard Grading)

We have had good experiences with DHL / Deutsche Post and Hermes.
If the parcel is chosen as the shipping method, its contents are insured up to a value of 500€.

We always recommend choosing a shipping method that allows tracking.

Please protect your collector's items carefully when preparing them for shipping. Soft sleeves and top loaders or magnetic holders etc. are suitable for this.

INFO for return shipping (Gold Standard Grading to Consumers)

We ship your collector's items primarily with DHL. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. A different shipping method can also be agreed upon at the customer's request.
The shipping costs will be shown separately on the invoice.

For shipping within Germany, Europe or worldwide, higher insurance can be added.
