At Cardvention III, too, HOBBY comes first. The flair of a card show will continue to be maintained. We are increasing the number of exhibitor spaces for companies and will continue to ensure that ALL areas are represented. The ideal mix of the various TCs and TCGs is extremely important to us.

INFO ON THE STRUCTURE

The setup for companies is already the day before ( 26.04.2024 )
possible between 12.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m.

In addition, companies will receive earlier entry to the final assembly of their stands on the day of Cardvention III
Construction begins at 7:30 a.m.
Completion of construction is 9:30 a.m.
The event starts at 10:00 a.m.
The event ends at 6 p.m.
Dismantling must be completed by 8:00 p.m. at the latest

We have doubled the size of the exhibitor spaces compared to 2022. Companies now have a size of approx. W400xD200 cm. A total width including two tables of approx. 400 cm is available. The depth per space is at least 200 cm. Banners, posters, etc. can be positioned in the allocated areas. Two chairs are also available per exhibitor space.

We evaluate all requests for company placements.
We will inform all companies of their acceptance or rejection of our event by December 2023 at the latest.
We ask for your understanding that the demand for exhibitor space is enormous and we cannot give positive feedback to all companies.

Products that are related to trading cards may be exhibited and sold on your own account. However, the prices should still be designed to be collector-friendly. Special card show prices, similar to those at trade fairs, are desirable.
In addition to your own products, cards from other grading providers may also be issued and sold. The top 5 (GSG, PSA, BGS, SGC & CSG) are desirable.

Advertising, posters, placards or banners for other grading providers are not permitted.
Also, on this day in particular, it is not permitted to offer and/or accept submissions for other grading providers , to conclude cooperation agreements or to sell, give away or advertise gradings in any form .

Streaming on site is permitted provided personal rights are respected.
WiFi use for companies is free of charge.
Power sources at the individual exhibitor locations are not guaranteed, but can be requested and taken into account by us.
